A Cafe 63 will be one of dozens of tenants to open its doors at the $40 million Burpengary Station Village complex next month.
The Comiskey Group, the developers behind the centre’s major revamp, said they were on track to open the new retail precinct by the end of March.
The Burpengary Cafe 63 will be the cafe chain’s sixth restaurant in the Moreton Bay Region.
It will be operated by co-owners Suman Ranabhat, Diwash Ranabhat, Suman Shrestha and Rajan Koju -who also co-own the Eatons Hill Cafe 63.
“We met a few years ago and all had a common goal of wanting to create our own business in the hospitality industry,” Rajan Koju said.
The Cafe will create 25 new jobs.
It will have a dog friendly area and a flower stall.
“We are excited about the move into Burpengary, which will be a great way to reach new customers in the area,” Mr Koju said.
