Cafe 63 in Moreton Bay hunts for owner, plans to open late 2023

A hugely popular cafe name is poised to open a much-anticipated new Moreton Bay location — and it could be all yours.

The owner of a new Cafe 63 in Moreton Bay, set to open later this year, will be aiming to achieve $51,000 in weekly sales at the new location.

Dakabin has been pegged as the location for a new Cafe 63 with an ad posted on Seek Business to pay $475,000 to claim ownership.

Estimated to open late 2023, the ad says that the new owner just needs stock, staff and a lot of passion.

The ad also reads amazing fit out and location, a long lease with excellent terms, full training and support provided and $190,000 in equipment leases to be assigned to a new owner.

With more than 40 Queensland locations, the closest Cafe 63 branches to Dakabin are currently Burpengary, Morayfield and Redcliffe.
