Burger chain Oporto to open two new restaurants in Moreton Bay

BURGER chain Oporto is set to open new restaurants in Moreton Bay as part of its expansion across southeast Queensland.

BURGER chain Oporto is set to open new restaurants at North Lakes and Rothwell as part of its expansion across southeast Queensland.

The fast food company is recruiting for both restaurants, expected to have about 60 staff members each.

The North Lakes store will be near the food court at Westfield and will open on December 5.

The Rothwell restaurant is on Deception Bay Rd, at the corner of Morris Rd, and will open on November 30.

This store will have a drive-thru and is located next to Carl’s Junior as part of a new development.

The Saturday after the opening at each store, Oporto will give away a free Double Bondi Burger between 11am-6pm.

Oporto CEO, Craig Tozer said they will be actively involved the community and are seeking

groups to support and partner with.
