THE family of the 50-year-old man who lost his life in a terrible crash at Caboolture this week say it “has not sunk in yet” that their brother is gone.
Brent Buchanan Campbell, of Caboolture, was killed on Wednesday when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a 4WD that was doing a reverse park along King St.
His older sister Leisa Riley said Brent would be dearly missed by many, especially his five sisters and brother.
“Brent was a free soul,” Ms Riley said.
“He was a loving and caring man to everyone but especially his late mum, sisters, brother and family.
“He (was) always on the move, travelling interstate to meet family and friends.
“Brent never missed a family event or special occasion and always made it no matter where he was, family meant so much to him.”
And while Brent was the youngest of the tribe he would always try to be the big brother.
Ms Riley said Brent considered himself a bit of a comedian.
“He loved to make people laugh, was very quick witted and was always known as boisterous and being the life of the party,” she said.
“Brent was always a comedian stirring the pot with ones he loved.
“He knew how to pull us in and prank us all. He would always be trying to keep everyone happy with his quirky nature.”

“He was a regular at the Redcliffe hospital and always had all the nurses in stitches being humorous and laughing,” Ms Riley said.
“It has not sunk in that he is gone and it will take us all a while but the memories of Brent, he will remain close to us and he is now resting in peace with our mum whom he adored.
“He had the biggest heart and wore it on his sleeve, he was the type of man that would do anything for anyone, to help them or see them smile.
“He was kind, caring, loving, funny and loud. We wouldn’t of had him any other way and he will be dearly missed by us all.”
