It has today announced another $6.2 million to refurbish the ICU and $6 million for a second CT scanner.
The upgrade to the ICU will aim to improve comfort, safety and infection control.
Redcliffe Hospital currently has one CT scanner which often operates at capacity.
A second scanner would increase access and reduce wait times.
The Federal LNP Government has matched part of this funding promising $10 million for a new paediatric emergency treatment service at Redcliffe Hospital.
The project would allow adults and young patients to be separated in the emergency department.
The machine will have a Medicare licence, which was granted by the Federal LNP Government early this year.
Work is also due to start later this year on a multistorey carpark at Redcliffe Hospital.
