A 46-year-old Kallangur man to face 17 charges after weekend arrest
A 46-year-old man was arrested at the weekend after racking up 17 charges including obstructing police, possessing weapons, possessing dangerous drugs, stealing and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

A 46-year-old man from north of Brisbane has been charged with 17 offences including obstructing police, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and weapons charges.
Redcliffe police arrested Aaron Paul Vass, of Kallangur, late on Saturday night at Kippa-Ring Train Station.
A warrant had been issued for his arrest after he failed to appear at court on two different occasions on June 22 and February 24.

Vass appeared in Redcliffe Magistrates Court on Monday after being brought over from the watch house.
Magistrate Bucknall found him guilty of both failing to appear charges.
Vass is also charged with obstructing police, possession of a knife, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, three counts of entering a premise to commit an indictable offence, two counts of possessing a dangerous drug, stealing, possessing drug utensils, possessing explosives, a weapons charge, fare evasion and contravening a police direction.
Vass told the court, via the duty lawyer, he planned to plead guilty to those 15 charges.
He did not make an application for bail.
The matter was adjourned until Thursday for sentencing.
