Truck and motorcycle crash blocks Park Rd, Logan

A man has been taken to hospital in a critical condition with significant head, leg and pelvic injuries following a crash south of Brisbane this afternoon.

A man has been taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition with significant head, leg and pelvic injuries following a crash south of Brisbane this afternoon.

Emergency services were called at 1.30pm to the scene on Park Ridge Rd, with Queensland Ambulance Service sending critical care paramedics.

Park Ridge Rd is blocked in both directions between the Mount Lindesay Highway and Chambers Flat Rd following the crash.

Police remain on scene and have moved the traffic diversion from the roundabout on Park Ridge Rd near Mount Lindesay Highway, to the Hubner Rd intersection, so people can access the nearby daycare centre for afternoon pickup. Motorists can still expect delays.
