The 28-year-old victim of Saturday night’s rollover south of Brisbane has been identified as a Logan mother-of-three, understood to be pregnant with her fourth child.

Eagleby woman Tori-Lee Coggan was one of two passengers in a vehicle which rolled on Beaudesert Beenleigh Rd at Windaroo about 10pm last night.

Police said initial inquiries indicated the vehicle was travelling east when it left the roadway and “rolled a number of times”.

The 18-year-old male driver and other pessanger, a 19-year-old woman, were both transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.

Family friend Rebecca Plum, whose daughter was best friends with Ms Coggan, told the Albert & Logan News Ms Coggan was “truly one-in-a-million”.

“Tori was an amazing mum who wanted nothing but the best for her children, the kind of mum everyone wanted to be,” Ms Plum said.

“Not an hour went by when she wouldn’t talk about her girls, her girls were everything to her.”

Ms Plum said Ms Coggan had an outsized personality which brightened the day of all who knew her.

“She was our little fairy, fluttering around,” Ms Plum said.

“No matter what life dealt Tori, she always remained happy and stayed positive.

“She made sure everyone that was around her happy, she was our burst of sunshine.

“A part of us has been taken but she will live on in our hearts.

“I will miss waking up to see her beautiful smile and hear her laughing.

“Tori will forever be loved and missed in our house.”

It’s not known how far along in her pregnancy Ms Coggan was.

The Forensic Crash Unit continues to investigate.
