A former sergeant at arms for a notorious bikie gang Lone Wolf, has been jailed at a Logan court for the “intimidatory” robbery and stalking of his former lover.

A former sergeant-at-arms for notorious bikie gang Lone Wolf, has been jailed at a Logan court for the “intimidatory” robbery and stalking of his former lover.

Stuart Leslie Wood, 47, was sentenced last year in Tweed Heads Local Court for possessing prohibited drugs, possessing unlawfully obtained goods and possessing house breaking implements.

He was found with four different fake identification documents, a homemade screwdriver for breaking into cars and half a gram of methamphetamine.

Wood was sentenced to two years prison for those offences and was released on parole on February 15, 2023.

The court heard the Cedar Grove man was a former sergeant-at-arms of bikie gang Lone Wolf but left in 2014.

Wood appeared again in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Wednesday, September 6 for an intimidatory burglary and stalking of his former lover in Logan.

The court heard that on May 21 in Park Ridge, Wood forcefully entered the home of a woman he had a fling with and trashed the house.

Wood also stalked the woman for three days in a period between May 18 and May 28 in Park Ridge and harassed her via text message.

Magistrate Ron Kilner said the way Wood broke and entered into the house was clearly designed to show the victim he could get away with anything and intimidate her.

“You tried to let them know you could do whatever you like and when you like,” he said.

“It would have caused a lot of fear and anxiety in the aggrieved and was intimidatory in nature.”

Wood was sentenced to two years prison and given a parole eligibility date of December 5.

He had already served 109 days of pre-sentence custody.
