A GoFundMe has been set up to help a grief-stricken Logan couple pay for the funeral of their three-month-old daughter who tragically died last week.

Haylee Mae Green passed away suddenly last Saturday morning due to an unknown cause.

Her devastated parents Jessica and Brendan Green said they are still not completely sure of the cause they now suspect it could have been SIDS.

“Haylee was an absolutely beautiful cheeky baby, always full of smiles she will be forever loved and missed by so many,” Jessica said.

A family friend of the Green’s has now set up a GoFundMe fundraiser to help them pay for the funeral costs, which has so far received $4600 in donations.

Haylee’s mum said whatever is left over from the money will go towards purchasing memorial bears for her seven grieving siblings.

“They are also really struggling,” she said.

Staff at Adam and Noah Early Learning College in Heritage Park where Haylee was enrolled as their youngest student have also paid tribute to her this week on Facebook.

“We are Haylee’s extended family and closed to Jessica and Brendan and Justice,” the post said.

“All Haylee’s other brothers and sisters, Amelia, Dylan, Emily, Lucas and Maddie are our students and we love them dearly.

“All our team from Adam and Noah Early Learning College, and Haylee’s Educators Miss Lollita, Miss Harjit, Miss Shushma, Miss Sasikala, Emelie and myself are thinking about the wonderful family Haylee left behind, and praying for all of you during this painful moment as you mourn the death of your baby Haylee.

“Whenever you are ready and need us for anything, we are here for you.

“We love you all and pray for you.

“Haylee, littlest angel up above, you are a gift that we cherish and love.

“You will be missed dearly every day, but in our hearts you’ll always stay!

“You are now in heaven with all the other angels!”
