Logan families are on edge after a group of drunk teens terrorised homes in the early hours of the morning – claiming they were just playing hide and seek.
A young family shared video footage from December 7, about 6.30am, capturing five drunk teens sneaking around their Daisy Hill home.
In the video the teens can be seen carrying alcoholic drinks and sneaking around the family’s front yard and car.
At one point in the video the teens tell the Daisy Hill woman, whose home they were at, that they were just playing hide and seek.
The teens appeared visibly concerned when they were spotted outside her home.
The scared Daisy Hill woman, who lived at the home where the teens allegedly tried to break into, took to social media to share her experience.
“I’m on John Paul Drive. I’ve just had five teenagers drunk around the side of my house and two hiding behind my car,” she said.
“If any one has been robbed or car stolen I have video footage.”
She said there were three boys and two girls.
“All drunk, they headed towards Chatswood Rd, I did drive after them to see what they were doing but they were gone,” she said.
“I tried calling police to approach them but no answer.”
The Daisy Hill woman she was terrified.
“They had alcohol in their hands and even said they were drunk,” she said.
“I’m afraid they will come back.
“It’s very scary …”
Another Daisy Hill woman said she saw them hanging out on Chatswood Rd at a bus stop about 5am that morning.
“I thought it was weird,” she said.
Other locals confirmed they had seen them too.
