His matters were mentioned in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Thursday where his lawyer made an application for bail in his absence, which was approved on condition he stays away from Springwood police station.

Police will allege Zaknic unlawfully stalking a senior constable at Springwood Police Station on unknown dates between April 30 and October 14 in 2020.

Mr Zaknic allegedly left “handwritten notes” on the alleged victim’s vehicle, attempted to send her messages on Facebook, and asked other officers at the station whether she had a boyfriend.

Zaknic’s matters were adjourned to be heard at a later date.
