A Noosa real estate agent has bagged his third sale over the $19m mark since December last year with a house on a prestige residential island in Noosa Heads.
Leading Tom Offermann agent Eric Seetoo sold the recently renovated 49 Witta Circle in Noosa Heads which settled on March 15.
Last sold in 2019 for $5.67m, the new owners paid $19.5m for the four bedroom, three bathroom river front home.
Mr Seetoo’s second highest exchange for the Sunshine Coast this year, it followed the January sale of 47 Mossman Court Noosa Heads for $24.25m.
Mr Seetoo also sold 68 Noosa Parade, Noosa Heads in December last year for $19.6m.
The most recent sale was a testament to the ease of access from Witta Circle to Hastings St and Main Beach which is just a “short flat walk or paddle out”, Mr Seetoo said.
“My family and I had the opportunity to stay in this refurbished new house and everything about it and the position spells ‘luxury’,” he said.
“No wonder billionaires swamp to it.”
The latest Witta Circle property to change hands has undergone extensive renovations inspired by the French and Spanish features of the existing build.
The external arches are decorated with climbing bougainvillea with European paved feature tiles at the front of the house and lavish marble bathrooms all setting the tone for a modern twist on a polished Mediterranean finish.
Gold tapware and hardware throughout also create a luxurious feel and new Italian marble replaces the old marble for a fresher more high end finish.
Premium appliances complete the unapologetically decadent interior with a La Cornue oven imported from France, four Miele dishwashers, an ice maker and several refrigerators with glass doors.
The property was sold furnished with pieces sourced locally in Noosa with the exception of Brown Jordan outdoor settings imported from the United States.
The home is one of a handful in the exclusive pocket with their own jetties and private outlooks across the river.
“From 49’s jetty you can enjoy the best sunsets on the water,” Mr Seetoo said.
