Porn star Bonnie Blue will be deported and “blacklisted” from entering Indonesia for at least a decade on Saturday.

But it didn’t stop Blue, wearing a green crop top and matching shorts, from using the legal storm to suck a lollipop in front of the media and making a suggestive comment about her looming court date on Friday.

“I can face any amount of men,” she said.

When another reporter asked about her facing Denpasar District Court over a traffic charge, she said “There is nothing I can’t face or suck.”

The controversial adult star is set to face a Bali court on Friday over infringing Bali’s traffic laws by using the “Bonnie Blue’s BangBus” to promote her Bali tour.

It is believed that Blue is using these legal proceedings for her own personal content. She is allegedly getting her crew to film and direct her on how to act, stand and sit when the media is around.

At a press conference outside the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office earlier, Immigration chief Heru Winarko said the Bonnie Blue team had breached their visa privileges.

“They have misused the visa they have to make content in Bali,” Mr Winarko said.

“They will be blacklisted from entering Indonesia for at least 10 years (that) could be extended.”

Bonnie Blue to be banned from Indonesia

Blue and her three man crew, including Australian comedian Julian Woods, will be deported as soon as the police investigation has been completed – which is expected to be on Saturday.

“Once police has finished with the investigation, after that we will deport them and put them (on) the blacklist,” Mr Winarko said.

The ban comes as Blue is set to face court on Friday over infringing Bali’s traffic laws by using the “Bonnie Blue’s BangBus” to promote her Bali tour.

Blue could be charged under a traffic law which prohibits “goods vehicles or open air trucks” being used without a valid reason.

Breaching this law attracts a month in jail or a fine of 250,000 Rupiah, the equivalent of $25.

The tray-van, purchased for about $1800 in Bali, was painted blue with a “Bonnie Blue’s BangBus” livery.

Blue, however, has told police she never drove the truck. which was allegedly driven by Liam Andrew Jackson who does not have an international driver’s licence.

“The purpose to buy the car is to make content,” Police chief Arif Batubara said of police allegations.

Mr Arif said cops will allege Jackson had chosen the car because it was “iconic” and Blue was the “special guest” to attract foreigners to get on board.

“We have coordinate with the court,” he said.

“We will conduct fast trial for the traffic law violation. Tomorrow, the trial will be held at Denpasar District Court,” Mr Arif said.

It comes after Blue avoided being charged over alleged breaches to strict “morality” related content laws surrounding sexual conduct in Bali, after police could not find evidence of her or her crew making pornographic content.

According to Badung Police, investigators found they arrived in Bali to create daily life content while vacationing, and were at the Balism studio to take part in the production of an entertainment-themed reality show.

Blue and her crew were raided by police at the Balism studio and police arrested 14 Australians aged between 19 and 40 during the raid. They are being treated as witnesses.

At the time Indonesian police seized cameras and other items including contraceptives, Viagra pills, a small ute with “Bonnie Blue’s BangBus” livery.

Badung Police Chief Arif Batubara, said the investigation is being conducted professionally and objectively.

“We ensure that the entire process is carried out based on legal facts, and we are conducting a joint investigation with Immigration,” he said.

“So far, no pornographic elements have been found, but there are strong indications of violations of the traffic law and immigration violations, which we continue to investigate,” he said.

He added that Badung Police will continue coordinating with the prosecutor’s office and immigration authorities to determine the next legal steps.

Blue has hired one of Bali’s top-notch lawyers to keep her out of jail.

Bonnie Blue spotted walking into Bali’s Immigration office

The controversial Blue walked into Bali’s Immigration office in a green crop top and matching shorts with lawyer Edward Pangkahila while sporting a smile on Wednesday.

Asked if she was filming sexually explicit content when police raided a studio on Thursday, Blue offered a cheeky response.

“You’d have to subscribe to find out,” she said.

Blue, who was flanked by two of her British crew, Lennon Isaac Nabiel and Liam Andrew Jackson at the Immigration office, began filming herself with her phone before all three were taken in for questioning.

Woods, who has also drawn police attention alongside Blue and her two British crew, arrived after Blue’s interview began.

Pangkahila did not want to comment as they took a break for lunch.

The lawyer is known for representing foreigners who find themselves in trouble in Bali.

Pangkahlia is currently acting for Australian Lamar Ahchee over unrelated drugs charges.

A source with knowledge of the probe said it was likely Indonesian authorities would simply deport her.

“They will probably just deport her. They don’t want the drama,” the source said.

“But if she keeps playing up they will dig in.”

Immigration department official Ngurah Rai Winarko said they were following up “several things” found by police.

Mr Winarko said it was still to be determined whether Blue and her crew would be charged or deported.

“It will depend on the examination result,” he said.

Blue and her team came under police attention after a tip-off they were driving around Bali in a pick up van with a “Bonnie Blue Bang Bus” livery.

Phone calls to the Balism studio went unanswered on Wednesday.

The Blue crew have also moved accommodation following the raids.

They were staying at the Coco Lifestyle Residence in the Munggu area but are now bunkered down at another location.

The stylish residence – which is only $75AUD a night – included an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, hot tub, sun terrace and even a pool bar.

Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was on Tuesday photographed looking downcast outside Badung Police station in Bali.

An expat, who informed the police about Blue’s antics, said they had to explain her activities to confused Indonesian officials.

“We had to explain it to them that there are about 20 guys [and Blue]. They just couldn’t comprehend it … but once we explained to them that she’s driving around in the ‘gang bang bus’ … and that the footage was going to go worldwide afterwards, they confirmed that the activity was illegal [and took action],” the Bali-based expat told news.com.au.

This year, Blue gained attention after making a documentary about having sex with 1057 men in 12 hours.

Blue was banned from Australia last year after her “barely legal” stunt during which she called for “Schoolies” to be involved in her X-rated content.

Indonesian authorities have confiscated Blue and her team’s passports following the raid.

Immigration official Raja Ulul Azmy said Blue could be deported after the police investigation was completed.

Indonesian authorities are planning to hold a press conference on Thursday.

Blue has also been calling out for Schoolies to make contact while she is in Bali.

“Hey boys, those who are going to Schoolies, and those that are barely legal, cannot wait to meet you,” she posted last week.
