Evie Amati was convicted of wounding customers Benjamin Rimmer and Sharon Hacker with intent to murder at the Enmore 7-Eleven in the early hours of January 7, 2017.
Following nearly three days of deliberation, a jury also convicted the 26-year-old of attempting to wound pedestrian Shane Redwood with intent to murder in the NSW District Court on Friday.
Amati had pleaded not guilty on the ground of mental illness.
Amati previously testified she has no memory of attacking the strangers but recalled earlier hearing voices in her head saying “kill and maim” and “start the rise of hell on Earth” after she smoked cannabis and took what she thought was MDMA.
She said she’d fallen into a “depressive episode” after she cut short a Tinder date believing the woman rejected her because she was transgender.

CCTV footage of the assault, showing Amati swinging an axe with both hands and blood gushing from one of her victims, had been played to the 12-person jury trial.
Prosecutor Daniel McMahon has pointed out that in the footage Amati appeared to have waited until Mr Rimmer was distracted before striking him in the face with the weapon.
Ms Amati has claimed she was suffering from a mental illness and was affected by a hormone medication, drugs and alcohol.

Amati has testified that from late-2016 she had violent hallucinations involving an axe she had just bought and saw visions of herself running at police with it and being shot dead.
