TWO separate Mount Louisa homes had vehicles crash through their front fences within an hour of each other on Wednesday.

A Queensland Police spokeswoman said a Toyota Landcruiser was reported stolen from a Banfield Dr house in Mount Louisa at 10.30am.

Not long after, it ploughed through the front fence of another Banfield Dr property at 10.40am.

A 16-year-old girl was uninjured in the crash.

Police took her into custody and no charges have been laid.

Their investigation is continuing.

A short time later, emergency services were called to another part of Mount Louisa where a car crashed through a fence on Santa Lucia Dr at 11.20am.

QPS confirmed that this vehicle wasn’t stolen.

A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said they transported a patient to Townsville University Hospital in a stable condition.

A 26-year-old woman was charged with driving without a licence, failure to have proper control of the vehicle, and failure to comply with the duties of a driver involved in a crash.

She will appear in Townsville Magistrates Court on July 6.
