A massively popular tour is returning to Toowoomba after a brief hiatus, and organisers have now confirmed the stacked lineup that’s performing in Queens Park later this year.

Legendary rock band Crowded House will headline the return of popular national festival Red Hot Summer to Toowoomba in 2025, with the event coming back to Queens Park in November.

Tickets go on sale this week for the 13-date tour, which will see the enduring group joined by top acts like Angus and Julia Stone, The Church, Mark Seymour (of Hunters and Collectors) with Vika and Linda, and The Waifs.

The Neil Finn-led band, which has sold 15 million albums worldwide since their iconic self-titled debut in 1986, is coming off a strong response to their eighth studio effort Gravity Stairs last year.

Their classic tunes include Don’t Dream Its Over, Something So Strong, Fall At Your Feet and Better Be Home Soon.

Siblings Angus and Julia Stone are a multiple-ARIA winning duo that broke out in 2009 with their hit single Big Jet Plane.

The Church are considered one of Australia’s greatest acts, best-known for their iconic 80s hit Under the Milky Way that has since been regarded as their signature song.

They were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2010.

Other destinations include Bribie Island, the Hunter Valley, Berry, Ballarat, the Yarra Valley, Southport, Mornington in Victoria, Seppeltsfield in South Australia and Swan Valley in Western Australia.

Pre-sale tickets are available now through Ticketmaster, with the general allocation going on sale on Thursday.
