Peter Mark Gibbs was at house during December siege but faced court on other charges
The 35-year-old, who was allegedly at a house during a six-hour siege with police, has faced Toowoomba Magistrates Court on 12 unrelated charges.

One of two men who allegedly held police at bay during a tense six-hour siege in Newtown has had his charges adjourned in Toowoomba Magistrates Court.
Peter Mark Gibbs, 35, was allegedly in the house during the siege but as yet has not been charged with anything in relation to that but was already subject to charges of six counts of entering a premises or dwelling, two counts of receiving tainted property, two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count each of stealing and unlicensed driving.
He was not required to be in court for the mention of those matters on Monday but was represented by his solicitor Phil Stainton of Legal Aid Queensland’s Toowoomba office.
Mr Stainton asked that his client’s matters be adjourned to February 15.
Magistrate Clare Kelly remanded Gibbs in custody and adjourned his matters for mention back in the same court on February 15.
Gibbs’s co-accused Morgan Western Troy Mundy, 44, was charged with one count each of possess firearm, possess explosives, dangerous conduct with a weapon, acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, possess dangerous drugs, possess utensil, receiving tainted property and wilful damage in relation to the alleged siege.
He is also facing unrelated charges and has been remanded in custody to next appear in court on February 10.
