A man has been flown to hospital after a chainsaw accident on a property north of Toowoomba.
Paramedics were called out to Oconnor Rd near Breydon Rd in Coalbank, 60km north of Toowoomba at 8am on Wednesday after a man in his 50s was injured while cutting trees, a LifeFlight spokesman said.
The blade of the chainsaw had left a laceration on the man’s upper left leg, and a rescue helicopter was called out to the property to transport him to hospital.
He was flown to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
