Three men face Toowoomba Magistrates Court after attempted armed robbery
Three men have faced court after allegedly threatening a boy with a gun during an attempted break-in before fleeing the scene and becoming involved in a stand-off with police.

Three men have been charged over a night of terror that allegedly involved a teenage boy being threatened with a gun before becoming involved in a stand-off with police.
Police allege about 5.10pm Saturday, May 24 that the three men were attempting to break into a Sawpit Rd property in Ramsay when they were disturbed by a neighbour, a teenage boy.
One of the men allegedly threatened the boy with a firearm before the group fled in a red 2008 Holden Commodore ute, which was reportedly stolen from a Harristown address earlier in the day. The boy was not physically harmed during the incident.
Officers tried to stop the vehicle after it was spotted in Toowoomba but the group did not stop and ditched the vehicle on Graydon St, Newtown and left on foot.
The were found a short time later at a Drayton Rd address, and allegedly refused to surrender to police.
Toowoomba Police as well as Public Safety Response team and Toowoomba Dog Squad attended the scene where one of the men was arrested while attempting to flee the scene.
The two other men were taken into custody after surrendering to police.
A 25-year-old Newtown man has been charged with five offences including two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and enter dwelling and commit and one count of obstruct police.
A 23-year-old Rockville man has been charged with four offences including two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and one count each of enter dwelling and commit and enter dwelling with intent while armed.
A 21-year-old Gailes man has been charged with five offences including three counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and one count each of enter dwelling and commit and enter dwelling with intent while armed.
All three have appeared in Toowoomba Magistrates Court today and have been remanded in custody.
