The Advertiser understands the positioning of where the body was located made it difficult for emergency services to recover.

Police said early indicators suggested there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the person death.

Access to Weatherald Terrace was completely blocked by police.

Entry was restricted from both ends and vehicles could not access the street via The Esplanade or Commercial Road.

The roundabout exit leading onto Weatherald Terrace was also obstructed by police vehicles.
