A beloved piece of Southern Downs history has resurfaced on the market after having only sold a mere three years ago.
The 105-year-old Sacred Heart Church at Deuchar went to auction in 2021 and was sold for $385,000, having attracted hundreds of eager buys through the property at the time.
Listing agents Colliers Toowoomba have highlighted the properties vast potential with it posing the opportunity for the right buyer to transform the former place of worship into a charming bed & breakfast, wedding venue and much more.
