January 12, 12pm: A 10-man brawl on Sunday morning has left two men knocked out, with police appealing to the public to help them catch the alleged offenders.
According to a police statement, the brawl occurred in the carpark of an “entertainment complex” on Barrett Drive and involved up to 10 men.
Police first received reports of the fight about 2.55am.
During the brawl police said two men, aged 20 and 25, were knocked out.
The 25-year-old man was allegedly kicked in the head by two men while on the ground and was taken to Alice Springs Hospital by an ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
The 20-year-old man became aggressive while receiving medical treatment upon regaining consciousness, NT Police alleged.
He was taken into custody by police and sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The alleged offenders from this brawl remain at large, with police appealing for anyone with information to contact them on 131 444 and quote NTP2500004439.
Men apprehended after Todd St bar break-in
January 12, 12pm: Four men have been arrested in relation to a break-in at a licensed premises on Todd St on Friday night about 9pm.
NT Police confirmed in a statement three adults aged 18, 27 and 42, as well as one boy aged 13 had been arrested and charged with attempted aggravated burglary and damage to property.
They will appear at Alice Springs Court on Monday.
One more man remains at large with police appealing for anyone with information to contact 131 444 and quote NTP2500003935.
Braitling home’s door kicked in by three men
January 12, 12pm: Three men have allegedly broken into a Braitling home, kicking down a locked door to threaten the residents.
NT Police said in a statement they first received reports of the incident on Lackman Terrace about 1.50am on Saturday morning.
They allege the three men broke in to the residence and began rummaging through the house looking for car keys.
The three men are then alleged to have kicked down a locked door and threatened the two hiding residents before fleeing the scene.
The two victims are unharmed and did not report anything stolen.
Strike Force Viper has taken over the investigation and will search for the three alleged offenders.
