Woman, 26, charged over Caboolture crash that left two passengers dead
A 26-year-old driver involved in a Caboolture crash that left two passengers – including a 50-year-old grandmother – dead has been charged, including for alleged excessive speed and driving under the influence.

A woman has been charged after a fatal multi-vehicle crash at Caboolture in April left two women dead and a baby boy with serious injuries.
The charges include driving at excessive speed and while under the influence of liquor or a drug.
The 26-year-old woman, from Caboolture, has been charged over a collision between the Hyundai i20 she was driving and a Fuso Canter truck at the intersection of Bellmere Rd and King St on April 6, around 6.30pm.
Two female passengers in the Hyundai, Cecilia Tuivasa, 50, and another woman aged 35 both died at the scene.
A one-year-old boy travelling in the car was taking to hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Police allege the Hyundai was travelling northwest along King Street when it approached the intersection at high speed and did not stop at the red light.
The truck was turning right into Bellmere Rd when it was hit by the Hyundai.
The 42-year-old Caboolture man driving the truck was not hurt.
The 26-year-old Caboolture woman has been charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death whilst adversely affected by an intoxicating substance whilst excessively speeding, one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing grievous bodily harm whilst adversely affected by an intoxicating substance whilst excessively speeding, and one count of did drive under the influence of liquor or a drug.
She is due to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court on June 17.
