A large two-storey home with spectacular ocean and island views in the Whitsunday region has sold to Queensland buyers for $1.13 million after only spending two weeks on the market.

A large two-storey home with spectacular ocean and island views in the Whitsunday region has sold to Queensland buyers for $1.13 million after only spending two weeks on the market.

The property at 2/24 Illawong Street, Cannonvale, sold on January 11 through Ray White Whitsunday.

Sales agent Paul Skinner said the property was only on the market for a fortnight before it sold.

“I think we had about 15 inspections,” Mr Skinner said.

“The house pretty much sells itself.

“It’s got the swimming pool, it’s got the elevated views and ample parking.

“It ticked a lot of boxes.”

He said the home was purchased by Queensland buyers.
