“It ticked a lot of boxes.”
He said the home was purchased by Queensland buyers.
The two-storey home is set on a 963 sqm block and boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, rumpus room, open-plan living area, modern kitchen with granite benchtops and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony with stunning ocean and island views.
