Real estate agent Liam Kearney said there was a lot of interest in the townhouse and that it sold in less than 24 hours.

Mr Kearney said the interest in the property was mostly from interstate and that the buyers were from Melbourne.

The townhouse is situated in the much sought after Panorama complex and boasts uninterrupted elevated ocean and island views.

“The views are unbelievable,” Mr Kearney said.

“The view is next level, absolutely breathtaking, and cannot be built out.”

The split level property boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, timber floors, airconditioning, ceiling fans throughout and manicured gardens.

Mr Kearney said the real estate market on Hamilton was still busy.

“Because we’ve got more of an investment structure than what a lot of places do, even with the current rate rises, we are still looking very good on an investment portfolio point of view,” he said.
