Ms Fulton appeared in Proserpine Magistrates Court for the first time on Monday.
Because of the nature of the dangerous driving charge, this case must be finalised in the district court.
Solicitor Elizabeth Smith applied on Ms Fulton’s behalf for an adjournment while prosecution prepared the brief of evidence in relation to the case.
The court heard the brief is expected to be ready by November 8.
Acting Magistrate Rob Turra set the matter down for mention on November 15. Ms Fulton was granted bail on her own undertaking.
