Redcliffe resident Katie Meredith was walking by a car park across from the RSL on Irene Street last night about 8.50pm when she saw helpless flood victims’ vehicles submerged in water.

“I was walking by after being at a local restaurant … There were also buckets placed around the restaurant because of roof leaks,” Ms Meredith said.

“I took the photos 30 minutes after the rain had stopped, I’d say all the cars were filled with water.”
