A MASSIVE 125 go-karts will take to the track at Sandy Creek Raceway for the final round of the Rotax Pro Tour competition.

A MASSIVE 125 go-karts will take to the track at Sandy Creek Raceway this weekend for the final round of the Rotax Pro Tour competition.

Top placing junior racers Joseph Burton-Harris, Thomas Randle and Liam McLellan will head to Portugal later this year as part of the Australian team to compete in the Rotax Max Grand Final.

Randle is in first place.

"I love the thrill of it," he said. "It's exciting to be up against so many competitors."

Gates open at 7am today with the qualifying races and three heat events and will finish by 5pm.

Tomorrow the gates open at 7am with the pre finals, finals and trophy presentation. Entry is free.
