Revealed: Winner of Warwick’s cutest 2021 baby crowned

Dozens of gorgeous babies were nominated in the race for the title of Warwick’s cutest 2021 baby, and one adorable little one has finally been decided as the winner.

Six-month-old Willow Millard-Cottee has been voted by Daily News readers as the town’s most beautiful baby born in 2021.

Proud mum Charlie said she was far from surprised that her little girl had won hearts across Warwick.

“She’s a very, very beautiful baby, so I was pretty proud of my daughter getting that sort of recognition,” she said.

“She’s a very active baby. She loves to play, she’s very loud, and she really likes to play with her toys or go for a drive.”

Miss Millard-Cottee said being a mum at 18 presented its own set of challenges, much less dealing with pregnancy and giving birth in the middle of a pandemic, but it had soon proved worth any pain.

She added that her mum’s support had proven invaluable in making Willow happy every day.

“I know the first time Willow laughed was amazing, it was one of my favourite moments,” she said.

“I had an emergency C-section and was put under general, but when I woke up and finally saw her for the first time, I was just in awe.

“I just want her to be happy – so long as she’s happy, that’s all that matters to me.”
