Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash on the Cunningham Highway around 7pm Monday night, alleging speed may have been a factor.

Police are probing the cause of a two-vehicle crash on the Cunningham Highway that saw one person hospitalised.
Emergency services were called about 7pm Monday night the crash that happened at the intersection of Darling Rd and Cunningham Highway at Mount Edward.
An occupant from one of the vehicle’s was transported to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition and the road was cleared by police at around 8.30pm.
A spokesperson for Queensland Police Service said investigations were still ongoing into the incident, which is alleged to have occurred in a 40km/h roadwork speed zone.
Police are considering speed may have been a contributing factor.
