‘Drink driver’ caught at almost three times legal limit at Killarney border crossing
A woman has been charged after she was allegedly nabbed behind the wheel at more than three times the legal limit.

A woman will soon face Warwick court after she was allegedly caught behind the wheel at more three times the legal alcohol limit while trying to cross the state border.
Police intercepted the 44-year-old Gympie woman at the Killarney border checkpoint at about 10pm Thursday.
Warwick police Sergeant Shane Reid said the woman allegedly recorded a blood alcohol concentration of 0.151.
The woman was charged with drink driving and is due to appear in Warwick Magistrates Court on November 8.
Another man was caught only hours earlier driving on one of the region’s major highways without a licence.
Police caught the 31-year-old Brisbane man at about 11.50am Thursday on the New England Highway south of Warwick.
He was fined on the spot for unlicensed driving.
