Dozens of members and volunteers both past and present hit the Warwick Water Rats’ home-ground on Saturday afternoon for the club’s reunion round.
Initially scheduled last year to commemorate the club’s 2000 A-grade premiership win, COVID restrictions pushed the event to 2021 and brought generations of the club together.
The current Water Rats side drew 20-20 in their clash against the Toowoomba Bears, and spectators were treated to a full afternoon of footy with an A-grade match between Gatton and Toowoomba.
Players and volunteers from across decades of the Warwick club’s history attended the event, along with dozens more residents and visitors.
