The ultimate Disney sing-along experience returns to Queensland Museum

The ultimate Disney lovers experience is back by popular demand, where Disney fans young and old can sing their hearts.

After sold out sessions in August, Queensland Museum’s hugely popular Disney sing-a-longs are back by popular demand this month as part of the Disney: The Magic of Animation exhibit.

Fans young and old can belt out the lyrics to ‘Let it Go’ during the showing of Frozen on Saturday 26 November, and rock out to the upbeat hits of award-winning Encanto on Sunday 27 November.

Mum Tarma Shacklady said her and her daughter Milly, 5 were very excited to get along to the museum for the ultimate Disney day-out.

“Our family loves singing along to our favourite Disney songs and Milly can’t wait to dress up and come along to the museum to participate in the sing-a-long” she said.

Tickets are on sale now for just $12 per person, bookings are essential due to limited capacity. Guests are also welcome to embrace their inner Anna, Elsa or Mirabel and dress up as their favourite Disney characters.

The sing-alongs are part of Queensland Museum’s popular Disney: The Magic of Animation exhibition, which opened in June 2022. It features hundreds of original sketches, artworks and snippets of Disney animated classics, including Mickey Mouse’s first talkie from 1928, Steamboat Willie. The exhibit will remain open throughout the December school holidays, closing on January 22.
