Woman suffers burns, teenager trampled by bull in Moreton Bay region

A woman was injured after falling into a fire pit in the Moreton Bay region just hours after paramedics took a teenager who was stepped by a bull to hospital.

A woman and a teen were rushed to hospital following two separate incidents in the Moreton Bay region involving a fire pit and a bull.

Paramedics attended a location off Bribie Island Rd at Sandstone Point about 7pm on Saturday.

Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed a male teenager was stepped on by a bull and suffered a serious leg injury.

He was taken to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

Paramedics then took a woman in a stable condition to the same hospital about 9.30pm following an incident at a Highvale address.

The woman had fallen into a fire pit and suffered burns to her bottom and thighs.
