The heroes of the automotive world deserve some appreciation for their skill, reliability and guarantee they get the job done.
More than 40 mechanics were nominated in a call out on the Sunshine Coast Daily’s Facebook page, and now we can reveal who won the poll.
David Garry from David Garry Automotive took out first place, just head of Peter Ritchie from Premier Motors and Travis Wakeling from Nambour Automotive Service, who came second and third respectively.

Student accused of having ‘knives, hit list’ and making kill threats
Police are patrolling a Sunshine Coast high school after a bathroom wall graffiti message threatening to stab students was uncovered, with claims the student also had knives and a hit list at school.
