A car has smashed into a fence at Dicky Beach while the Bruce Highway has been reduced to a crawl after a multi-vehicle crash at Caboolture.

Traffic heading north towards the Sunshine Coast has been reduced to a crawl after a multi-vehicle smash on the Bruce Highway.
Emergency services have responded to reports of a three-vehicle smash at Caboolture about 12.20pm with two elderly people being assessed.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the pair had complaints of chest pain.
The pair were taken to Caboolture Hospital in stable conditions.
Queensland Traffic have reported lanes are reduced with delays expected.
Paramedics have also assessed one person after a three-vehicle crash at Dicky Beach about 12.50pm.
The spokeswoman said one vehicle had reportedly crashed into a fence.
