AN 18-MONTH-OLD boy suffering seizures has been airlifted from Fraser Island by the RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter service.
The Sunshine Coast RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter was called to a campground at Dundaburra on Fraser Island shortly after 11.30am.
The young child was treated by CareFlight's Critical Care Doctor and airlifted to Nambour General Hospital.
He travelled in a stable condition.
The toddler was holidaying on the island with his family when the incident occurred.
