The owners of a popular hinterland wedding venue are set to make a multimillion-dollar profit as they reveal the price tag attached to the combined property and business sale.
The venue, Tiffany’s Maleny, located at 409 Mountain View Rd was listed for sale by Sotheby’s International Realty on Wednesday, April 24.
The real estate listing described a “stunning wedding chapel, landscaped gardens, carparking, commercial kitchen and function centre” as the major features of the property.
The block is on 3000sq m overlooking the scenic Glass House Mountains.
According to the listing the venue is “consistently” rated among the top wedding venues in the Sunshine Coast and is “heavily booked” out.
“Located in a stunning hinterland setting in Queensland, this venue has earned a reputation for excellence and has become a top choice for couples looking to tie the knot in style,” the listing stated.
“With its breathtaking views, elegant facilities and impeccable service, it’s no wonder why this venue is consistently rated as the best in the region.”
According to the real estate listing the property is open to offers over $2.95m with the separate wedding business for sale for approximately $3m.
The business, equipped with full council approvals, must be purchased along with the property.
“The wedding business itself has a multimillion-dollar turnover and has a separate sale price to the commercial property venue,” the listing stated.
The Mountain View Rd property last sold in February 2018 for $2m to experienced wedding co-ordinator Kelly Tilse and her husband, according to property data.
