A master chef is bringing the vibrant flavours of Thailand to Beerwah with Chang Smile Thai opening the doors to their second shop.

From pad Thai to Thai beef salad, Chang Smile Thai Beerwah promises to provide fresh and flavoursome dishes.

Chang Smile Thai part owner Carl Liesegang said their chef Vichan 'Wootdy' Sendosic is "one of a kind".

"He is actually a master chef, which in Thailand is a seven-year apprenticeship and he has a degree in food science as well, so he is very particular with the quality of the products that he uses and all the sauces he makes are from his own recipes," he said.

"He has a motto that if you don't like what you've cooked, you don't serve it, so every meal he serves he loves.

"We get a lot of comments from people about how much better their satays are and how much more flavoursome they are and that's just due to his expertise.

"Whatever you eat you will not be disappointed."

The highly trained chef of 20 years said he always wanted to be a chef.

"When I was in Thailand I loved to cook, and eat anyway," he said.

"I would go to the shop and the food wouldn't be right so I would have to make my own because I love everything to be nice and fresh."

Despite an extended knowledge of flavours Mr Sendosic top dish is a seemingly simple fan favourite.

"I love to cook pad Thai because the customers really love it because it is different to others you can find I like to make my own signature sauce that you can't have anywhere else," he said.

Opening their first store in Buderim, Mr Liesegang and Alisa Neranitthakul always wanted to introduce Beerwah to their tasty cuisine.

"We've been wanting to open there for a couple years and we actually looked at a shop a couple of years ago, but it fell through at the last moment and we ended up opening a shop in Buderim instead," he said.

"But when a shop opened up in Beerwah, we jumped on it.

"It's a growing area and it (the new shop) adds more options for people out there."

With Mr Sendosic expertise and passion for fresh food Chang Smile Thai can cater for any dietary requirements.

"Because everything is made fresh if someone has special dietary requirement, they just have to let us know and we can tailor any meal," Mr Liesegang said.

"Anything can be made gluten, nut or onion free."

Located along Peachester Rd in Beerwah Mr Sendosic said everyone was welcome to come enjoy a meal.

"Everyone is welcome I would love everyone to try our food and try and give us feedback."
