A Holden Rodeo dual cab ute was on its roof and its three occupants, all 17-year-old boys, had managed to crawl out uninjured.

Police put the driver’s loss of control down to “a bit of inexperience in the wet”.

Police said the driver, who was from Buderim but did not live at the address of the crash, had a licence and there would be no further police action taken.

A tow truck was called to tow the ute away.
