A picturesque outlook spanning 360 degrees and a putting green on the rooftop are among the features of a stunning Kings Beach mansion which is set to fetch north of $7m.

Henzells’ sales agents Brittany McCurdy and Clare Thompson have been tasked with selling the sprawling four-level home.

Set on 1106sq m of land at 15B Burgess Street, the four-bedroom palace boasts more than 880sq m of living space.

A lift, steam room, gym, 25m lap pool and separate, self-contained guesthouse are among a long list of features which included a showroom window in the lounge room giving a glimpse into the five-car garage.

The owner, who asked not to be identified, said it would be a tough home to bid farewell to.

Built in 2007, the Phil Darwen-designed property was part of rare house swap deal which landed the current owner the property.

Lured by the unrivalled views and location, the current owner shelled out about $3.15m for the home in late-2012, as well as swapping a home in Pelican Waters, bringing the total package to a value of about $4m.

The owners spent the last nine years value-adding to the eye-catching property, renovating the home “on and off”.

The owner, who runs his own risk management, auditing and compliance firm, said the home was “quite deceiving” from the front, opening out into an expansive property.

“The ships come straight at the house,” he said.

“You can see whales from the main bedroom.”

Ms McCurdy said they expected interest from interstate and international buyers.

“It would have to be the best house in Kings Beach, Caloundra,” she said.

She said if the sale price obtained was close to what the owners were chasing it would set a new record sale price for the area.

It was being marketed at offers over $7m.
