A classroom shake-up could be on the way at one of the region's most prestigious schools.
Plans have been lodged with Sunshine Coast Council for an extension to facilities at Sunshine Coast Grammar School.
Documents lodged with the council by consultants working for the school showed plans to build two new demountable classrooms and a new demountable toilet block.

As part of the code-assessable application the proponents sought approval for two temporary, single-storey new classrooms.
The classrooms each had two modules and a total gross floor area of 130.5sq m.
The new demountables were planned to replace permanent buildings which were being demolished as part of an already approved redevelopment of the Forest Glen campus's prep building.
"There will be a no net increase in student numbers as a result of the proposed development application," the planning report states.
The plans were lodged in early-May.
