A 100 year old Maroochy River golfer who’s been playing for over 60 years says she knows the secret for a longer, healthier life.

At 100 years old, a Coast golfer still enjoys playing golf twice a week and has revealed what she thinks is the secret to a longer healthier life.

At 100 years old, a Maroochy River golfer is still finding the energy to play two rounds of golf each week and thinks she knows the secret to a longer life.

Buderim resident, Mary Haddon, born in 1920, has been playing golf for more than 60 years and still enjoys the challenge it brings each week.
