Millions of dollars have been splashed across every Sunshine Coast and Noosa suburb in the past 12 months to secure hot properties.

A search of the most expensive homes sold in each suburb reveals unsurprisingly Sunshine Beach comes out on top with a $28.5m home sale.

However eye-watering prices were seen across the regions with a $9m sale in Buderim and a $6m home snapped up at an enviable Moffat Beach location.
