An equine centre, cattle run, and residential homes are among more than 30 Gympie region properties snapped up in a three-month multimillion-dollar market blitz.

Buyers splashed out more than $46 million for these properties between March and June 2025, adding juice to a market which has exploded in the past 10 years with median home values more than doubling in value.

Imbil, Pie Creek, Veteran, Curra, and Gympie city were among the locations to experience multiple million-dollar property sales, the latest milestones for areas where prices have surged more than 160 per cent in a decade.

Curra has experienced the biggest rise in home values which have risen 179 per cent since 2016, from an average of $265,447 to $740,943 according to CoreLogic’s RP data records.

Veteran was not far behind with a 177 per cent increase in the median house price, which had risen from $317,024 to $880,122.

Imbil’s median home value was up 170 per cent, from $269,348 to $728,455, while the values for Gympie and Pie Creek were up 166 per cent ($220,104 to $587520) and 163 per cent ($355,296 to $936, 930) respectively.
