Plenty of options

VARIETY of properties being offered to the market this week.

A four-bedroom house with pool on 2267sq m at 29 Pinewood St, Little Mountain, goers to auction Saturday at 3pm.
A four-bedroom house with pool on 2267sq m at 29 Pinewood St, Little Mountain, goers to auction Saturday at 3pm.

IT'S large and master built with multiple living areas yet there remains a comforting sense of home in 29 Pinewood St, Little Mountain.

With about 400sq m under roof of living areas, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom house was built in 2005. The land offers 2267sq m with a pool, spa bath and ample room for sheds. Views to the Glass House Mountains are the cherry on the cake.

"As a complete package, the property offers a lifestyle rarely available," said Eric Murray of Henzells Agency.

"It is especially appealing to people with growing children because of the big plot of land and the positioning of the house gives opportunity to make additions whether that be sheds, tennis court, cricket pitch or even a soccer field.

"The natural reserve that wraps around the block gives privacy and the elevation brings breezes and magnificent views.

"And the seller is highly motivated for a sale today after purchasing elsewhere. It will be sold."

A building and pest report will be available at the pre-auction open home from 2pm. The auction kicks off at 3pm.

READY TO SELL

SHE'S a solid home with good bones and a beautiful garden.

The owners of 26 Anthony Ave, Mooloolaba, have been there more 30 years, Simon Howe of Ray White Mooloolaba said.

"They are looking to downsize so are ready to sell.''

Simon has been getting good numbers through the three-bedroom house in the lead-up to Saturday's auction at 1pm ... and had prior offers already.

The interest is due to the style of property and position. On the high side of the street, it would suit the renovators or owner-occupiers ... and great for a tradie. They can park trailers, boats and jet skis or build a workshop as everything underneath is open space.

"It's on the high side of street, it's got everything going for it.''

IN-ROOMS EVENT HAS VARIETY

RAY White Caloundra's in-room auction event on Thursday at 11am will offer a variety of houses in the properties to be presented at the Events Centre.

Principal Andrew Garland said the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house on 607sq m at 77 Westminster Ave, Golden Beach, was a beautiful property close to the water, schools and shops.

"We originally sold it in 2007,'' he said. "That's how long it's been held.

"Fully renovated when purchased back then, it has been an investment that's held up really well.''

Meanwhile the four-bedroom house at 55 Dicky Beach Cl, Dicky Beach, is four years old and larger than the average home for that estate.

"It's in a really good spot,'' Andrew said. "Close to everything.''

The other properties being presented for auction are a three-bedroom high-set house at 2A Rinaldi St, Moffat Beach, and the five-bedroom, three-bathroom house with pool at 15 Kuthar St, Pelican Waters.

IN DEMAND

IT'S a big house with a garage to fit six to eight vehicles. Little wonder that the Belle Property Coolum and Noosa team has been getting good inquiry on 7 Ella-Marie Dr, Coolum Beach, ahead of Saturday's auction at 2.30pm.

"We have had three offers already,'' John Stamp said. "All locals.

"They understand the position ... and the garage.''

DOUBLE THE ACTION

GAVIN Broderick of Ray White Sippy Downs has an unusual set of auctions at Maroochy River this week - two completely different properties in two completely different price ranges on two separate days.

The three-bedroom house with pool and views at 17 Caree Ct has been getting interest ahead of Saturday's auction at 1pm.

Built by award-winning Master Builder Peter Curley, it is a spectacular home with north-east aspect and views to the ocean, Gavin said.

The five-bedroom house with views at 25 Caree Ct will go under the hammer on Wednesday at 5pm.
