RIVIERA - a dazzling property masterpiece - has achieved a sale price in excess of $10million and set a new record for Noosa Hill.
The sale was negotiated by Milan Markanovic, of Tom Offermann Real Estate.
The exclusive residence easily out-manoeuvres the official tourist look-out with its prized position and unparalleled 270-degree views from First Point to Hastings Street, the Noosa River, Laguna Bay, Double Island Point and beyond.
The luxurious property exudes design excellence and impresses on every level, inside and out.
It appears to hover in the perfect northerly direction over the formidable 1260sq m Natasha Ave site, which includes a koala sanctuary and rainforest garden, with timber and rope steps running down the waterfront reserve.
Riviera was developed, designed and built by Noosa company Glen Watson Building and Design with inspiration for the multi-level residence similar to Azure at Sunshine Beach which brought Glen and designer wife Deb international acclaim.
"It's all about sophistication, coastal luxe, relaxed elegance, the amazing views and of course being totally swoon-worthy," Deb said.
"It all started with a two-storey water feature, a wall of glass at the front of the house with water running down the massive glass windows, a sweeping circular staircase equivalent to a piece of art and a roof top terrace taking it to the next level, literally, with wrap-round water features, gardens and outdoor living spaces. Oh, and those views."
The turquoise-tiled horizon pool has a circular glass spa, floating day beds, and sunken outdoor entertaining area.
The pool, itself, is suspended many metres above the ground.
"We wanted to do something really special with the spaces, so Deb designed sunken outdoor seating with a perspex wall which looks into the pool, so it feels like you're wrapped in water," Glen said.
Tom Offermann Real Estate principal Tom Offermann said Noosa remained a powerhouse that continued to deliver steady, sustainable growth while smashing all growth trends "and this is a perfect example".
"These somewhat secret escarpment locations behind Hastings Street have been luring investors and setting new price records as they seek quiet residential living within walking distance of Noosa's Main Beach and those 'must have' Laguna Bay views," he said.
"The trend started with Tom Offermann Real Estate's $5million sale of a house in Natasha Ave, which saw the record smashed again with this $10million sale months later.
"With another very recent record-breaking sale still under wraps, attention is also focused on Angler St with a rare offering going to auction of a showstopper on two blocks with multi-million-dollar views, plus the opportunity to divide and conquer."
