Million dollar homes under construction at Mooloolaba

BEACHSIDE homes likely to tempt buyers.

WORK has started on an elite range of million dollar beachside homes.

The $10 million project - Trinity Beach Home development by Elite Projects - will be housed in Mooloolaba.

Elite Projects director Bill Weir said buyer interest was already strong for the collection of 10 freestanding, multi-level homes within walking distance to Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland beaches, cafes restaurants and the famous Mooloolaba Esplanade precinct.

"Inquiry levels are already extremely encouraging and with an influx of visitors arriving for the summer holiday period we can expect a further spike in interest," Mr Weir said.

"Our onsite sales office located at 3-11 Marjorie Street, Mooloolaba is open seven days a week and experiencing plenty of traffic."

Mr Weir said Trinity Beach Homes Mooloolaba would provide a rare opportunity for premium beachside living in one of Australia's most sought after coastal destinations.

"This type of premium product has not, if ever, been available in Mooloolaba for years, and my feeling is that it will sell quickly," Mr Weir said.

The project is restricted to just 10 premium-quality multi-level beach homes on five separate adjoining lots with options for pools and lifts.

Ranging in size from about 241sqm to 273sqm, the homes will offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms and powder room, and double garage plus top of the range fit-out and finishes.
