WITH three mid-week auctions, Matt Glynn of Code Property Group has continued success with success.

Monday saw 47 Casuarina Dr, Little Mountain, go to the auction floor. A big home of four-bedrooms on a generously-sized block of 2400sqm, the property also offers a pool, rumpus room with built-in bar, 12x6m shed, solar hot water and 5kw solar power. Situated in the Corbould Park acreage estate, the property was eventually passed in at auction but buyers were quick to put their best offer forward. Five written offers were presented to the seller and Matt is continuing towards a result.

Tuesday's auction of 53 Lauren Dr, Buderim, was cancelled after the property was snapped up earlier for $622,000. A young Northlakes couple had been looking on the Coast for some time in their quest of a lifestyle change. They secured the keys ahead of three other parties who had also submitted offers throughout the auction campaign.

Wednesday bought about some serious action as four buyers took a bidding number for 10 Edna St, Currimundi. Set in a central beach side location, the modern family home with many extras and a pool saw a start of $450,000. Bidding continued northwards before the house sold for $690,000.

Matt especially appreciates the added advantage of a busy week with more time for open homes and inspections on a weekend.
